Attendance and Absence

Attendance at school is essential in order for children to maximise their learning and reach their full potential, as well as experiencing the rich opportunities on offer at Hurst Park Primary Academy. 

Punctuality to school each morning is also vital as key learning and pre learning takes place at the start of the school day. 

Please click here to read our Attendance Policy. We do not authorise holidays during term time. If your child is going to be off school due to an exceptional circumstance, then an Exceptional Absence Form needs to be completed in advance of the absence.

Please complete our Absence Form to report absences due to illness or medical appointments.
