Extra-Curricular Clubs
At Hurst Park, we believe that a well-rounded education extends beyond the classroom. We offer a wide range of extra-curricular clubs designed to nurture our children's talents, interests, and personal development. Through these clubs, our pupils have the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence, and develop friendships, while discovering hidden passions and talents. From team sports like football, netball, and tag rugby, to individual pursuits such as tennis and athletics, there's a sports club for every child. We also offer academic clubs like maths and computing, and creative clubs such as art, film, and choir, ensuring there's something to engage every child's interests.
We also collaborate with external providers to deliver high-quality sessions in various areas. Our club offerings change throughout the year to align with the seasons, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for all pupils from Year 1 to Year 6.
By participating in our diverse clubs, children not only gain valuable skills but also develop essential qualities like teamwork, aspirations, effective communicators, resilience and leadership. We believe that these experiences play a crucial role in shaping well-rounded individuals who are prepared for success in all aspects of their lives.
